Fall is here and we have a LOT of sour apples in the back yard. Most of them are small and have fallen to the ground. But we got a few good sized apples and I decided to make a pie. I LOVE making pie crust. I think it's really fun to make and shape into the pie pan, and this time I cut out a little apple shape in the top. :) It turned out very yummy and we of course ate it with vanilla ice cream.I look forward to fall and more yummy homemade goodies. I'm a big fan of holiday cookies, both the making and the eating. :)
